SYSTEM
When setting up the tripod undo the set screw at the bottom and spread out the three legs. Once the legs are at a good level, then tighten the set screw for the legs. Now it's time to adjust the height of the main pole. Loosen the set screw, pull the pin, and pull the pole up until you see Photo A
|
Now that the tripod stand legs are in the correct position and the height is correct. Make sure that the pole that holds the system is facing the correct way. As in Photo C, make sure the Silver part on top of the pole is facing the one leg, which is what is facing backwards. Before putting the system on the tripod, make sure to put the fabric that covers the front part. Like in Photo D, put the fabric on the two front feet and then slip the other end over and down the pole.

FLASH |
Now grab the system and put on top of the pole and screw in the set screw all the way. Then slide the fabric up the pole and hook onto the set screw of the system. (Photo E) Then pull the all the cords towards the vertical pole and use the scrap to tie the cords to the vertical pole. (Photo F)
Once that is all completed, put in the booth and pull back until the front two feet are level with the feet of the Pop up tent. Make sure all the cords are on the outside of the tent. Once the system is in place, make sure to put the Goal Zero Battery on the leg that is outside the tent. |
To turn on the flash you, turn the flash so you can see the screen. Hold down the Power button which on the button on the bottom right in Photo I.
To install the flash, it needs to be placed on top of the camera by sliding on the silver part by sliding from the back. once it is all the way on, make sure to tighten the black set nut so it's tight onto the camera. (Photo J)
Once it's on then bend the flash forward at a 45 Degree angle. If you need more light after testing, then bend the flash more down. If it's too bright on the testing, then bend it move upwards. (Photo K)
*Note: If there is a break for awhile, you may need to hold the power button to turn on, the Flash will turn off after a certain amount of time.*
If during the event, you see that the flash is not working, it's because the batteries are dead. Will need to change them to get it to you. Change, and then push and hold the power button. This is not very likely, but if it does, this will fix the problem.
